2tbNine grain mix (optional)
2tbLemon juice
1tbSugar
1tbCaraway seeds
1tbMinced onions (optional)
1tbOil
1tsSalt
1tsAll Spice seasoning
1lgEgg
1 1/4cWater

Adjust the amount of onions, grain and seeds to suit.

Use 1+T of either Rye or bread flour to adjust moisture, if necessary.

This recipe makes a very delicate and mild rye bread.

Variations: For a stronger onion flavor, try substituting onion salt for regular salt.
